What is the duration of a typical session?
Our training sessions typically last around 60 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and cool-down. However, the duration may vary based on your individual needs and preferences.
Do you offer online training?
We offer remote training sessions through Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime, but we strongly prefer face-to-face interactions. Meeting in person us build a stronger relationship and allows us to challenge you more effectively. Let’s work together to achieve your goals!
